Scout Troop Management – Track Scout's advancement periodically using our software to track ranks and merit badges achieved. When you join Troop 1 Chicago, an account will be created for the Scout and family. You can access this information online or with the TroopTrack App. Android or Apple versions.


SCOUT SHOP & OFFICE

The area Scout Store and Office are located at 1218 West Adams, Chicago (West Loop). The store features an inventory of official scout attire, merit badge pamphlets, hand books, and other items such as scout knives, belts and neckerchief slides.

Girls in Scouting

Do you have a daughter(s) or know of girls interested in learning outdoor and scouting skills? The American Legion Tattler Post welcomes middle school aged girls to be part of the BSA scouting experience. Troop 606 will officially kicked-off in February 2019 and would love to have interested girls involved. They have their own leadership team offering the same Scouting program, campouts, outdoor activities, and advancement for girls between 11-18 years of age. To learn more please feel free to attend a Troop 606 meeting which are the second and fourth Tuesdays from 7–8:30 pm (September-June). Financial Aid Information

Scholarships are available to help provide life-changing camping and Scouting experiences for Scouts who, because of financial challenges, may not otherwise be able to participate in Troop campouts, summer camp or special events. If your son is interested in applying for a scholarship please contact Sam Woodson, 773-368-0638.
